Called ahead to see if they could look at an issue with our caravan toilet. They agreed to see us on arrival which was in only some 30 minutes- awesome. Spent a little time diagnosing the issue. No charge for their service for the short duration which was super appreciated. Lovely people and very accommodating. Thanks so much for your help and expertise. With customer service like that I am sure the business does very well.

I needed to get my lights fixed for a WOF. Whenever I switched the air-con on the lights would not work. I've had work done with Wrack Auto Electrical previously and have always found them accomodating and helpful. I was expecting a huge labour bill but was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay for it. I don't know how they done it so fast but it is very much appreciated. Thank you!
The warning lights on my dash were on so I came back to Wrack Auto Electrical again today. The technician quickly found that the alternator was faulty and needed to be replaced.
It was short notice but I really needed my vehicle back for work and they had me up and running really fast. They even dropped me off and picked me up in their courtesy car. Great service!

Battery post on generator crapped out on us at 4:07pm. We are off grid. Had 23 minutes to get to Wrack Auto, we rang prior if they would be able to fix, get here quick they reckon.
They fixed the problem and more and at the end of it- no charge. Awesome service, awesome staff - greatly appreciated

I would like to thank Wrack Auto for their amazing service. Our rear camera on our caravan stopped working after only three months from being installed by Wrack Auto at no fault of their own it just decided to stop working a fault with the camera. We were setting off to head south and discovered it wasn’t working so rang them and they said to come in the same day but with no guarantee it would be looked at straight away we didn’t mind. We turned up and we were sorted out with a new camera installed and on our way in less than an hour. I can’t praise their service highly enough the staff are very helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to sort us out, amazing service Thank you so much!!

Unacceptable!!
They say support local, but what do you do when you get absolutely NO customer service, NO communication, NO answers to your questions? We will never use Wrack Auto again, nor will we recommend them to anyone.
We dropped our ride-on off on the 5th Feb, guy in workshop helped my husband unload and he started looking at ride-on. With NO communication by the 9th Feb, hubby called asking eta, was told part (which we didn't know about) arriving today and will be fitted. Still NO communication on the 12th Feb hubby called again, was told they were working on it. Still NO communication on the 16th Feb, hubby called yet again, was told it was a bigger job than thought. Why was this NOT explained to us, why weren't we informed of parts that were needed?? Finally hubby said I could contact them to found out what's what as they were giving him the run around. But before I could ring, we finally received a call 17th Feb stating the work was done.
