Went in the morning after discovering my tailgate lock was broken. All the staff were so helpful and kind. Mike sorted the problem within the day, and saved us delaying our roadtrip. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a mechanic in Whangarei.
We always get our fleet of vehicles serviced here. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & just make it easy. I've noticed smoother driving since the switch to Caltex Havoline oil. Gives me extra peace of mind knowing that my engine is well taken care of. Thank you Westech for quality all round
Updated rating at 25.9, after 2 bad experiences i wont be going back, first time there was communication issues and now they are accusing me of placing a bad review and telling my parents to what? Demeanor my character? Definitely wont be back even for free warranty work. Will attach original review in photos.
Very helpful and efficient team in Westech ! We got a mechanical breakdown and it was the first garage to be able to squeeze us an appointment the next day of our call. They gave us great advice in case of future problems.
Asked about a fault, managed to get it sorted within 5min and totally free. Minor fault but it made a huge difference. Thanks Mike.
