We always get our fleet of vehicles serviced here. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & just make it easy. I've noticed smoother driving since the switch to Caltex Havoline oil. Gives me extra peace of mind knowing that my engine is well taken care of. Thank you Westech for quality all round

Updated rating at 25.9, after 2 bad experiences i wont be going back, first time there was communication issues and now they are accusing me of placing a bad review and telling my parents to what? Demeanor my character? Definitely wont be back even for free warranty work. Will attach original review in photos.

Asked about a fault, managed to get it sorted within 5min and totally free. Minor fault but it made a huge difference. Thanks Mike.

Very helpful and efficient team in Westech ! We got a mechanical breakdown and it was the first garage to be able to squeeze us an appointment the next day of our call.
They gave us great advice in case of future problems.

I just had a rude encounter from a staff named Adrianne over the phone and I was just only asking for a quote for their car service. so she ask me my details my phone number, my email etc which I gave, then she ask me for my address which I refused to give politely but she keeps insisting that I should give her my address in order for me to have my quote and I said look, "I already gave you my phone number, my email why would you still ask for my address? I could also give you my registration no. if you like but why ask for my address? I had called Midas, Toyota, and Kelly's Automotive they haven't ask for my address.. I'm going to refuse to give it to you". Then she hysterically raised her voice and was very angry just because I didn't give my address. Such a crazy encounter with a not so mentally stable staff. She's no professional when talking to her.
