Staff are very friendly, they make the best coffee and date scones, sausage rolls, everything is value for your money. This cafe is located in the same building ad the Aquatic Centre so you can even go for a swim first then have coffee afterwards.
Cute little cafe at Whangarei Aquatic Centre ... Best coffees ... super delish Eggs Bene with home made hollandaise sauce and Vegan breaky ... Friendly staff and good selection of cabinet kai 👍
Delicious coffee at a reasonable price and cheerful, very good service. I can't comment on the food as we didn't have any.
Really disappointed to see that they are heavily enforcing kids not having any of their own food in the cafe. The cafe that's within a children focused aquatic centre that has hundred of parents coming in for coffee, ice creams, fries etc etc etc. Myself and many other parents won't come in at all now. We would at least weekly purchase from here but not allowing a 1yo to eat his packed pouch yoghurt after we've spent money on multiple items from the cafe for the rest of us is absolutely ridiculous. I've always let it go that the staff are often rude and clearly dislike children.
Coffee was very average, if I'd paid for it myself I would have complained about it. Will try wording my order differently and will update this review.
