Looked like a great spot, promoted child/family friendly. Despite the unfriendly welcome - wouldn’t hurt to say hello, good morning! There were lots of colouring books and pencils, some toys which our son excitedly got into but unfortunately they didn’t have kids pancakes or any other ‘breakfast options’ (the other kids breakfast menu options consisted of fried food only) We asked if we could get the waffles in a child size. We got told no it’s a small serving, enough for a child to eat - so perhaps don’t order those if you want an adult sized waffle breakfast! We left to find another spot as the customer service was just wasn’t there, very unfriendly, not welcoming and couldn’t even attempt to accommodate something for our toddler to eat.

We came to the region right after Christmas so it was hard to find any open restaurants. On the 26, our breakfast here was so good that we came back on the same day to have dinner (they mentioned they will be open for dinner during the summer).
Today, on our way back to home, we passed by again to have lunch! We had the beef sliders and salmon with rosti and they were delicious.
The staff remembered us and all were super friendly. Additional points for the bathrooms they have access to, which are very clean.

Nice setting, service and atmosphere were good. Coffee and hot chocolate were nowhere near up to scratch. Too weak and average flavor. We wouldn't rate the food any better than average overall. We had an omelet and French toast. French toast is something l've had many times at different cafes and this was the worst. The omelet was bland. My wife left half of it so l tried some and agreed with her. I finished my French toast but not impressed

Original variety of food. We had rostis with spinach, bacon, eggs and hollandaise sauce. We also shared mussels fritters. Excellent coffee. Everything on a Monday morning! Pleasant staff and atmosphere! Absolutely recommendable!!!
