I'm usually anxious about coming in for dental visits but had a great experience today with hygienist LweeZar. My teeth now feel and look cleaner than they have in years. LweeZar has a charming bubbly yet professional and calming demeanor and I will be recommending her to all of my friends, family and colleagues!

After a traumatic weekend experience at another emergency practice which failed to remove my tooth and put me through agonising pain I went back to Matt at Tikipunga Dental first thing Monday morning. They slotted me in that day due to a cancellation and Matt had the tooth out and pain free within minutes. Matt made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. He is someone you can trust and has the experience to work around any complications that present themselves during surgery. The receptionist followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok and went beyond in the lead up to slot me in to Matt’s demanding schedule. Like most, I hate going to the dentist, but if I’m going to one, it is definitely Matt at Tikipunga Dental! He leaves others in his dust and they are so professional and personable. 10/10 from me!

I cannot praise Matt and his team enough for their professionalism, empathy and care. After struggling for decades with extreme dental phobia and, more recently, a raft of dentists who had consigned me to the "too hard basket", Matt came to the rescue. He was able to allay my fears, reassure me that, yes, I was a candidate for immediate dentures, and that I wouldn't have to walk around for months or even for ever (as suggested by one dentist!) without teeth. It was psychologically not easy to go through the process of losing all my teeth, but Matt and his team were calming and reassuring. My new teeth look amazing - so much better than the awful dentition I had before - and I can now smile with confidence for the first time in many, many years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Matt and team, for taking me on, restoring my confidence and my smile.

They also have easy claim with southern cross insurance so that was awesome az too..

Had an amazing experience with LweeZar! Such a gentle and thorough clean, she explained everything to me in great detail and I really appreciated it. I have been getting a clean for 8 years and no one has ever given me such a great service!
