I cannot fault the care and service I received today. Richard constantly checked that I was ok while receiving my treatment. His assistant (sorry I can't remember her name) was friendly. The reception girls were also friendly. Overall I found my visit to be friendly, caring and professional. 😊
I'm a cruising sailor visiting Whangarei and needed to see a dentist as I was experiencing pain when chewing. I called Team Dental and they got me an appointment quickly. Richard Wiggins was the dentist who I saw and he was awesome. He found the issue quickly, told me how much it would cost to fix, and fixed it there and then. Richard and his lovely assistant were kind, gentle and made me feel relaxed (which was an alien experience before this visit!!). Thank you Team Dental, I can chew again :) AL
I went to my appointment yesterday for a check up with the new dentist Richard Liggins. Right from the time I booked, the reminder the day before, arrival on the day and the check up with Richard to my booking my next appointment the service and professionalism of the team at team dental was 110%. Nothing has changed since Neil has retired. We wish Neil all the best. Thank you team dental. Totally recommend this Company for your dental requirements.
I recently had a tooth extraction due to toothache I had at the time. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately on the Monday. A week after the extraction I could feel what I thought at time was bits of broken tooth so rang for another appointment to have the fragments removed. The dentist confirmed it as been bits of broken bone and not tooth and was confident he had removed the bone fragments. Another week passes by I I feel another bit of bone within the site and I managed to remove that myself without fuss. But still the site is not healing as I hoped it would and I would taste blood now and then. This morning 27 April one month after the initial extraction I waken to this foul taste and smell in my mouth and when I put my tongue into the extraction site and I feel a sharp fragment, I rinse my mouth and again I end up with a big part of bone protruding from the site and finally I feel a huge relief as I remove as it has been tender and felt like the site was never healing. I honestly feel that the dentist himself didn’t fully investigate the site thoroughly to remove all fragments after reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. This has left me somewhat frustrated and the level and care of this service and will not use Team Dental in the future.
Pam and Richard made extra special efforts to accommodate Chris. They were gentle and thorough and caring. Highly recommended.
