About a year ago some major work (transmission replacement) was required for our second vehicle, and our expectations around cost and time to install were managed superbly. I took my vehicle to Whangarei Snow Bros Electric Auto to get my window wiper motor fixed it took 2days. The rubber that holds bezel in place was put on backwards, the wiper was screwed on quarter way up the windscreen and there was a oily smelly stain in the back of the vehicle which was not there when I dropped the vehicle to them. They said it wasn’t them it was me and also threatened to sue me if I posted this on Facebook.

For peace of mind I would rather go to the experts for the right advice and the right price!
I found Snow Bros Auto Electrical through my Roadside Assistance which I have as an extra on my vehicle insurance policy.
Jace installed two new batteries in my 4x4 at home and took away my old batteries for recycling. So all it cost was the price of the batteries.
Fast and friendly service and I have the peace of mind that I have the right batteries and that they were installed correctly and to the manufacturers specifications. Thanks for getting me up and running again without breaking the bank.

Sat 13th Dec called in hoping to get an unexpected rear caravan lighting malfunction, not realizing that only the parts dept, not service, was open. Despite this, the person manning the sales counter went above and beyond my expectations in trying ascertain what the problem was. Thank you for help and assistance. Great service/PR despite not being able to fix the problem.
