I had reviewed this business previously then I removed my review because I wanted to be absolutely sure the problem was the battery they sold us. They did reply to my review saying they wanted to have another look but the trust was gone. And now I'm sure. They sold us a faulty battery that only worked for a while, and when the car wouldn't start on numerous occasions causing me to miss important appointments, late for work and multiple road assist call outs, we took it back to them and they were adamant it wasn't the battery. More missed appointments, late for work for months thinking it was sonething else like we were told. We had someone have a look and he said it was the battery. We bought a new battery and have not had a problem since. What a nightmare! Would not recommend!
For peace of mind I would rather go to the experts for the right advice and the right price! I found Snow Bros Auto Electrical through my Roadside Assistance which I have as an extra on my vehicle insurance policy. Jace installed two new batteries in my 4x4 at home and took away my old batteries for recycling. So all it cost was the price of the batteries. Fast and friendly service and I have the peace of mind that I have the right batteries and that they were installed correctly and to the manufacturers specifications. Thanks for getting me up and running again without breaking the bank.

Kris was so responsive to my queries, providing costings etc and any follow up comms. I'm so appreciative of the time and service and the car runs smooth, after having to drop it off by tow truck. I was expecting it to be more costly than it was.only in the shop for a day and a half.
