We will be using novus next time. Car left not how it was dropped off, had been in the back seat and left seats down. Damage to pillar, dash cam not on windscreen .

I booked a new windscreen and their site advises they can do those with cameras that need calibration. They can't and I now have to take it to the dealership to have done. They put the WOF where the tinting is and it isn't visible. I am going to have to take it back to get them to move it. Do not use this company!

Was able to book online quickly after my windscreen was chipped. Service was prompt and friendly, and communication was good. Would definitely come back if I needed repairs again.

Best customer service everrrrr!!! Kind friendly and informative. Thats rare these days! Appointment was a breeze and they even gave me a discount and beat all the other prices in town. Thank you Smith&Smith look forward to picking up my car later today 😁
