Fantastic cruise. We had wonderful experience of 4-5 hours sailing to the Hole in Rock. The staff members are very considered. They provided witty and interesting commentary for the islands. The lunch provided is fresh and abundant. The picnic blankets provided are heart warming! We had nicest picnic on the beach! The journey and views along the way were stunning. The We saw three penguins and a dolphin. The fish feeding on the dock was amazing! In short, the sailing through the hole which was exciting. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! From a group of six just retired Chinese American workers!

There are many choices for cruising the beautiful Bay of Islands, and we definitely chose the right one, for our family. The 4.5 hour cruise has something for everyone, and the smaller boat means you feel closer to the action and stunning scenery. The crew were truly amazing - great stories and history lessons, with the perfect amount of kiwi humour :) I am pretty sure their names were Nick, JT and Audrey.... and aside from always being there to take photos of/for us, they even snuck in a cheeky selfie!

We had a wonderful experience yesterday on the tour to the Hole in the Rock. Blair and JT guided us expertly through the islands and on the open ocean. They were very straightforward about the chances of going though the hole in the Hole in the Rock, which I appreciated very much. Blair’s commentary and JT’s enthusiasm about manta rays made the afternoon unforgettable.
The views from Roberton Island were humbling, as was the view and history of the Hole in the Rock itself.
On the way back we stumbled across some dolphins, which was a sight to behold!
All in all, a very lovely and positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

Blair and Dan were amazing tour guides. They were friendly, funny and very conversational. They had great knowledge of the islands. The trip started perfectly with many dolphins and amazing views throughout. The stopover in otehei was beautiful. Despite some late passengers, Blair managed to keep the rest of the tour amazing. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our tour to the Hole in the Rock. It was an amazing experience and both Dan and Blair were very professional. They shared many great facts and stories to enhance the experience. Very fortunate to get to go through the hole and even see some dolphins. We also really loved getting to go to both islands to see amazing views and swim at Otehei Bay. It is also amazing the work they do to protect and conserve our amazing environment. It is great to be able to contribute to that. Overall, we had such a great day.
Definitely recommend this for anyone!
