Have had so many issues with their service, took two months before I could book my car in for repair and then when I got it back they were waiting for half of the parts to arrive from overseas to fully complete their work. I was ok to take my car half done because I needed my car, it's now been over a month and I`m still waiting for them to call me back to get the other half of the work done and insurance has already paid my claim out, now I`m struggling to get the other half of the work to be completed.
Highly recommended. My neighbour works there and he did very skillful and professional repairs on my car.
I had an extremely negative experience with the customer service at this place. I would not recommend it to my loved ones or anyone else who might be reading this review. One of the employees, an older gentleman, was quite unpleasant and even raised his voice at me without any provocation.
Great panelbeaters! they went above and beyond what was needed in terms of repairs and finishing. Great communication too, Highly recommend.
