Absolutely outstanding service from the lads at Pit Stop! I was in a real bind trying to collect a caravan from Whangarei and couldn’t get my tow ball off no matter what I tried. The team jumped in straight away, whipped it off for me with no hassle, and completely saved the day. Genuinely appreciate the help and the awesome attitude from the team. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help when I was stuck. Couldn’t thank you guys enough, absolute legends. Highly recommend Pit Stop to anyone needing honest, helpful service!
At very short notice the team were able to fit in my service and warrant. Was excellent, very good communication throughout the day and the vehicle was ready to collect as stated. Hard to find this type of service at such a reasonable price. I don’t live in Whangarei and travel quite a distance but it’s totally worth it. Thanks to all the team at Pitstop Whangarei
Excellent service and honest pricing. High Recommend! Driving up north in our camper & noticed the brakes grinding, didn’t want to take any chance so poped into Pitstop Whangarei & they were able to get the camper on the hoist & show us all brakes needed replacing so they managed to replace in just over 2 hrs, they stayed til 5.30 to finish the job even though their closing time is 5. Drove off with peace of mind on our holiday. Cant thank them enough for the quick fix on the spot. I highly recommend them for any work. And they are a dog friendly shop as well! Cheers
