Based on past experiences during childhood experiences being literally dragged into the school dental clinics & then being exposed to rough handling & very painful procedures I have had a life long fear of visiting any dentists ever since. However, my experience at Paihia Lumino Dental Practice has been totally the opposite from the caring & professional staff to their gentle care & procedures. My faith has been restored fully & I now look forward to each visit with zero apprehension or fear. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Paihia Lumino!
I am new to this dental practice and have no hesitation in sharing my experience. I have both email communication and dental work completed over the last 2 weeks. Firstly their communication on email and in the practice has been excellent, professional, timely, and entirely focused on me as a patient and a person. The dental team themselves are outstanding. I am a particularly nervous individual where dental visits have been concerned in the past. Not this time. Andrew hand his supporting nurse was amazing, gentle, caring, communicative through each step of the dental work and above all absolutely focused on their work and me as an individual. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m one of those people who really hates going to the dentist, but my experience at Paihia Dental was genuinely reassuring. Kate was incredibly personable, calm, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease from the start. Her friendly manner and obvious expertise completely changed how I felt about the appointment. Highly recommend.
The staff and doctors were very professional and explained things very well. Quick follow up and referral. No waiting time. All in all great experience if you can say that going to the dentist........
