I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Triton VRX from Grant Loveridge at Whangārei having previously been a “Ranger” guy and from the moment I enquired about a very low k demo in Keri Keri to the point of delivery 6 days later which involved a trade in, a mutually agreed change over price, a financial package handled expertly and professionally by Desiree, some additions including towbar ,boot liner and mats not to mention getting the ute from Kerikeri to Whangārei all over the phone with out either of us seeing our respective vehicles it was obvious there had to be a high level of communication which Grant delivered and some slick organisation which him and Desiree excelled in.
I met Grant at a halfway point in Warkworth on the wettest day in Northland/Auckland summer and the hand over was detailed the drive back with my Grandson to Puke exciting and the follow up call the next day from Grant appreciated.
I’ve bought a few vehicles in my time but I can honestly say this was the easiest and most professional purchase I’ve done without any of the traditional hassling and I can’t recommend Grant Desiree and PMG highly enough

Grant and Anita from Whangarei PMG were such a pleasure to purchase our new car from. We had rung via phone to ask about a couple that were online, they were selling so fast so Grant found us the next best in our specifications. We ended up with a 2024 Ford Ranger. The best experience not pushy and such a breeze to finalise everything we wanted extra. Follow up care was also amazing. Will be purchasing again in near future. 😊

We both really appreciated the handover process, as this was new to us and made us feel valued throughout. Thanks also to Desiree on the admin side for her support. I contacted PMG Whangarei to see if they had the car I wanted available, and I was able to buy the last new 2025 Ford Everest Tremor in Command Grey in the country, The manager, Glenn Smith was able to secure for me the car I wanted, but it was locked on demo delivery for a month. One of his team, Misha Van Den Boggart took over the purchase for me. Misha took care of everything, arranged the purchase of my Toyota RAV4, and transfer to Christchurch Toyota, as well as all the paper work and accessories, and kept me in constant contact so that I knew what was happening. I didn’t mention that I am based at the opposite end of the country, so it was a massive exercise to drive to Christchurch, drop off my Toyota (who by the way, were wonderful, buying my car effectively from PMG, and dropped me at the airport). I was then picked up in Whangarei by Misha -!: driven to the big reveal for my Everest. everyone at Ford PMG were amazing and friendly, I certainly felt special. Thank you Misha and team for looking after me so well. I am on my drive back home now and loving my new Everest, and looking forward to adventures ahead. For clients living in the north of NZ, I can’t recommend PMG more for their amazing service. Sure, I could have arranged a transfer of the car down south, but then I would have missed meeting the team at PMG and thanking them in person, as well as enjoying the journey. thanks again, Jason.

For someone who needs to place a lot of trust in the salesperson when buying a used car, Adesh made me feel comfortable and at ease in my decision to buy a Mazda. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
A special shout -out to Desiree who organised all my finance and went through all the contractual obligations. She made sure that I understood exactly what I was signing and gave great customer service.
