Car made noise, 3 of them including senior mechanic couldn't figure out it was just the old v-belt. Other mechanic in akl figured it out in a minute. They were probably trying to stall for time or pure incompetence. Then tried to upsell unnecessary spark plugs. Paid $275 for nothing. Toyota corolla.

Really disappointing customer service. I went with a knocking sound which they couldn't find a cause for and was charged $50 for taking it for a test drive with a mechanic. They also then disabled my alarm without letting me know (unplugged it), and denied all knowledge when I called to give them a chance to be honest.

Went for a warrant which did fail but it took 1 hour from start to finish. The head mechanic I found arrogant and two of the items that he declined the warrant on were not correct. At one point the person doing the warrant moved to another vehicle for 5-10 minutes before returning to the job at hand. I fixed all however then returned for a recheck on 4 items (2 new Tyres, Handbrake travel, oil on a baffle plate, brake fluid cap). This took almost 20 minutes before the warrant was issued. This is no way to run a business and I would not recommend them at all. Get me once it is your fault. Get me twice it is my fault. That will not be happening. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD AT THIS POINT THAT THE REVIEW WAS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE SERVICE CENTRE BEING SOLD TO THE CURRENT OWNERS. I HAVE SINCE ATTENDED AT THE SERVICE CENTRE SINCE THE NEW OWNERS PURCHASED THE BUISINESS AND THEY WERE BRILLIANT.

Excellent service from the staff.
Bought a trailer including a cage, spare wheel, Warrant and Rego. Everything ready when they said it would be, price was good in comparison with others.
Top marks whatever the scale is!
