5 starts,fast & very helpful,Thank you so much to the lovely lady on reception thur morning,5-2-2026,while we were doing paper work,she had two young lads putting a temporary plastic cover over our front passenger door,a temporary fix untill we got back to kaikohe from Whangarei Hospital..she probley noticed how streesed I was & window was done for free of charge,thank you so much Nouvs(smith & smith were NO HELP at all very disappointing customer service)Highly recommend Novus Whangarei....

They fitted me in on the same day. Such excellent service. Super efficient, professional, friendly and did an amazing job at vacuuming up the glass. Adina communicated with me re where the keys would be left after hours and was wonderful to deal with. Very impressed. I strongly recommend this Company.

Brilliant service from these guys! They fixed our windscreen straight away and did a great job. The reception staff even helped us get it covered with our insurance. They also fixed a rear windscreen wiper for us. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly!

Very disappointed.
Spent 3 days trying to pick out and vacuum up bits of glass around window and engine:
The plastic surround has not been reattached and I now have a very loud rattle when I'm driving:
When my window washer didn't work I discovered the tube had not been reattached and was hanging loose.
I know my car is old and I did need some panelbeating around the edge but I don't believe that is an excuse for such shoddy service.
Will vote with my feet should I need a windscreen replacement next time.
