Best sausage rolls. Always consistently good quality over the years of coming here. The filling is moist and flavourful with a well balanced seasoning that works in perfect harmony with the crisp and golden brown layers of flakey puff pastry. Baked to perfection even underneath is golden brown. The contrasting texture is delightful and satisfying. Kiwis are famous for their pies but this is real comfort food.
Good workmates are important to me because it makes your job more enjoyable. I know my workmates love these cream doughnuts because it always puts a smile on their face and they always go down a treat. Sweet as!

Would not recommend this bakery
Pie are absolutely shocking the mince and cheese pie is very tasteless the steak and cheese pie big chunks of fats in it and the steak is very chewy the bacon and egg pie is very dry the doughnuts buns are very dry even when you buy them fresh this bakery needs upgrading or a new Cook was talking to workers early in the morning up at the gas station was wandering why it was so packed at the gas station they no longer buy their breakfast at this bakery they said they just wasting their money because the food it not good

Best I could find in Whangarei. Pastry was good, meat and gravy could be better but still hit the spot though.
Was popular as there was a line when I went. Staff were super friendly.

Totally ripped off this morning, went to buy 2 chocolate eclairs, they were both wrapped in glad wrap, obviously the day before and they were squashed, This is piss poor supply of food, and you charge too much for something that is not fresh, If you can't sell decent food you should not be in the business. I will NEVER BUY from you again.

Use to love this bakery, I would go in before I head to work sometimes. Now it’s expensive and an absolute let down, chicken kebabs have a really bad taste, kranskeys are hard and stale like they’re from the day before and the pies are chunky mince and just plain. Sorry guys🫤
They’re also not very friendly anymore.
