Some staff are excellent. Some are not. You have to make sure you get someone you like and does a good job. Far too long to wait between appointments. I suspect the place prospers on the backs of the excellent staff. It seems otherwise like a big remote corporate type place. It's hard to get an appointment because there are so many people trying to get in and then they have a drive to get more customers! 5 stars bc the people i see are terrific.

Nobody looks forward to visiting the dentist but we can thoroughly recommend Kerikeri Dental Centre for making the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. We are particularly grateful to Dan Jahnike and Siobhan for their care and patience with my husband who has dementia. All of the staff are delightful, professional and great to deal with. Excellent care from beginning to end. Connor advised the best treatment plan, and I was sorted and out of the chair in about 40 minutes. No pain, no issues. The price was less than I expected compared to other dentists I've seen.

Excellent standard of service at Kerikeri Dental Centre/Lumino. Everything was very precisely explained and options for treatment were made clear. The dentist and assistant were clearly highly competent and very attentive to my comfort. No hesitation to recommend this place for dental treatment.

This is a wonderful Dental Practice with all the latest dental tech. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and happy to answer questions . I've been coming to this Practice for 7 years and in that time have had three dentists. All have been exceptional dental practitioners. Latterly I had Conner and his Dental Assistant fit a crown for me. Although not straight forward, the job got done with another great outcome and a happy customer :). Many thanks!
