Some staff are excellent. Some are not. You have to make sure you get someone you like and does a good job. Far too long to wait between appointments. I suspect the place prospers on the backs of the excellent staff. It seems otherwise like a big remote corporate type place. It's hard to get an appointment because there are so many people trying to get in and then they have a drive to get more customers! 5 stars bc the people i see are terrific.
Conner, the dentist, was way above average on my scale of judgement. Service from the front desk was quick and helpful. I didn’t even have to sit down, never mind read the book I brought for the wait. The only negative I can think of is they didn’t give me a chance to finish the chapter I was reading before I came in.
Excellent care from beginning to end. Connor advised the best treatment plan, and I was sorted and out of the chair in about 40 minutes. No pain, no issues. The price was less than I expected compared to other dentists I've seen. Very happy.thsnk you Lumino.
Excellent standard of service at Kerikeri Dental Centre/Lumino. Everything was very precisely explained and options for treatment were made clear. The dentist and assistant were clearly highly competent and very attentive to my comfort. No hesitation to recommend this place for dental treatment.
Very expensive & very disappointing. I had been having problems with an upper molar for 2 months. 1 of the dentists xrayed it & claimed it was fine. After more weeks of problems & being thoroughly fed up, I made an appointment to have it removed. It was then claimed to be infected & needed removing but the dentist who saw me said he wasn't capable of removing it, I needed to see one of the others. I had booked to have it removed, so why give me a dentist who wasn't capable? Then I was charged over $80 just to be told it couldn't be done. That was on top of the previous charges. Plus, an appointment wasn't available for another 5 weeks. So, now, more suffering with an infected tooth. Not good enough! They have now come up in expectations. The tooth started absessing & I called for an appointment which they gave the next day & was much appreciated. Connor effortlessly & skillfully removed the tooth, no pain involved & I am much happier with them. The charge was also much more reasonable than what had been suggested. Thank you.
