I'm really impressed with Kelly's Automotive. From the fast turnaround time to the clear communication, friendly service, and professionalism, the whole experience was excellent. I couldn't recommend a better mechanic in Whangārei. Thanks again to the team at Kelly's Automotive, I really appreciate the great service!

5 stars for Kelly’s Automotive. A huge thank you to the team at Kelly’s Automotive for their help with our Range Rover. They were warm, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with their time, taking the trouble to explain the issue in detail and how we could try to solve it ourselves. A special mention to Nick and his mechanic, who recognised my dad, Bob, straight away. That personal touch really stood out. Plus sharing their expertise was very helpful. If you have a Range Rover, there is no better place to go. We are very grateful for the advice and support and would highly recommend Kelly’s Automotive.
Had a really good experience at Kelly’s! They booked me in even on short notice and fixed my faulty airbag light within 2 days. The communication was awesome and everything was documented wonderfully (they sent me an email with photo documention). Especially as a traveller from abroad, visits at the mechanic can be stressful but everyone at Kelly’s was so nice! Thank you!
These folks really care! I called them to let them know that there was something wrong with my VW Tiguan and I have family in town. They got me in right away, found the issue, and fixed it right then. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop on how much it would cost and they charged me exactly what they said it would cost. Additionally, they provided details on what caused it and how to avoid the issue in the future. They have a customer for life.
