Lisa was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't have an appointment but this was no problem. I am a travel novice and wasnt exactly sure where in Asia I wanted to go, she listened and found me the perfect solo traveler tour to China, provided tour info and pricing including a seating upgrade and an insurance quote. As there was only 1 place left available on the tour date she rang Wendy Wu tours and secured this place for me for 24 hrs to give me time to make a decision. I confirmed the next day. She arranged the seating upgrade and preferred window seats too. Her communication is prompt and professional. Thank you Lisa, I am excited for my China experience in Sept 😊
