I had my hair cut today by the lovely Megan, and I couldn’t be happier. Let’s face it, ladies, doing a simple trim or a blunt bob is one thing, but a truly great short pixie cut is where real skill shines through. Not only did I get the cut I wanted, it actually turned out even better than I had imagined, which I didn’t think was possible with my fine, thinning, aging hair.
On top of that, the service included a wonderful wash, and yes, even the back of my head was properly taken care of, along with a relaxing deep tissue scalp massage.
I’ll definitely be coming back for trims and highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I went in today for a brunette to blonde transformation, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Everyone was so friendly, and welcoming, the team really listened to what I wanted.
I had previous box dyes in my hair, but they managed it so well and still achieved amazing results. The outcome exceeded my expectations, my hair looks amazing and I feel so confident. Huge thank you to the stylists for their time, care and talent!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, Heir by my completely won me over — and not just because of the final result.
I came in for a color treatment, and I have to say the coloring was absolutely stunning. The shade was rich, even, and looked so natural — exactly what I’d been dreaming of. The stylist clearly knows her craft inside and out.
What really impressed me, though, was how the team handled a small concern I raised afterward. I wasn’t fully happy with one detail at first, and without any hesitation they invited me back and fixed it perfectly — no fuss, no excuses, just genuine care for the client. That kind of attitude is rare and truly appreciated.
Hair color that turns heads + a team that stands behind their work = a salon worth every penny. Heir by my has earned a loyal customer. 💇♀️✨

Love my new hair! My consultation was great, Megan listened and delivered exactly what I wanted! Teenager even said my ponytail looks like barbie’s 💁♀️ the team were all friendly and welcoming and that head massage 🤤👌🏼

Competely ignored my requests and did the exact opposite of what I asked. Didn't know the most basic rule of curing hair.
I got a wash and style. Stylist started curling towards my face, not away from it. I thought that curling away from your face is a pretty basic thing that everyone knew. I asked multiple times for my hair to be curled away from my face, but each told the stylist just continued curling it towards my face immediately after I asked her not to, and then setting it with hairspray.
I asked multiple times for an explanation, but the stylist just kept curling towards my face and said she would re curl them all towards my face at the end. I see no logical reason to curl it all the wrong way, set it, and then try curl it all back the other way.
At the end, she finally called another stylist over who re-curled away from my face. I asked for the whole side of my head to be fixed and curled away from my face, but the second stylist only adjusted only the front pieces that I could see. Once I got home, I realised most of my hair was still curled the opposite way to what I asked.
The next morning, those curls had competely fallen out and looked strange and kinked - being set one way and then set the other way had cancelled out the curl altogether. I had voiced my concern over setting them the wrong way, but wasn't listened to.
This was extremely annoying and frustrating because my request was simple and clearly communicated, but was totally ignored.
She was an apprentice and I understand she was still learning, but this was very rude. Instead of admitting straight away that she didn't know what to do and calling another stylist over to help, she just ignored my requests and kept on going till half my head was curled wrong.
