Our car started to break down near Kaikohe and we managed to get it to Floyd’s. The mechanics were very helpful even though they were busy and we didn’t have an appointment and looked the whole car over for us after we explained that we were on our way to omapere and it was very important we get the car sorted out as it was a key element in a proposal planned for that afternoon. They reassured us the car would be ok to make it to Omapere and didn’t charge us for the help they gave us. Very nice employees! And she said yes!!
The guys at Floyed Automotive have legitimately been the best mechanics I’ve worked with. They take their time to explain any issues, talk through all pricing options and are fair in their pricing. Highly, highly recommend these guys.
