Our car started to break down near Kaikohe and we managed to get it to Floyd’s. The mechanics were very helpful even though they were busy and we didn’t have an appointment and looked the whole car over for us after we explained that we were on our way to omapere and it was very important we get the car sorted out as it was a key element in a proposal planned for that afternoon. They reassured us the car would be ok to make it to Omapere and didn’t charge us for the help they gave us. Very nice employees!
And she said yes!!

The guys at Floyed Automotive have legitimately been the best mechanics I’ve worked with. They take their time to explain any issues, talk through all pricing options and are fair in their pricing. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Took car in for a warrant. Couple of things needed, they were really helpful explaining what was required, and got the job done. Overall great service, and very knowledgeable about cars.

Very friendly and went out of his way to help us during lunch time without asking. Found our coolant leak (water pump) while educating us on what he was doing at the same time. Explained the leak, gave us his advice to get on the road and didnt end up charging us. I regret not being more forceful and giving him some money. I wish I had asked for his name. Highlight of our day in Kaikohe.

Awesome service provided. Gaskets replaced, spark plugs, leads and bonnet struts. Great communication with phone calls keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend this business and awesome mechanics. Thanks guys.
