A huge thank you to Sarah and the amazing team at Flight Centre Whangārei. When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they jumped into action straight away and showed genuine care for my personal situation. Sarah went above and beyond—personally delivering my documents and offering comfort when I needed it most. My name is Avalon, I’m 65 years old and have travelled to many places over the years, but I’ve never experienced service as thoughtful and sensitive as this. The entire team was nothing but supportive, caring, and truly genuine. I highly recommend them!
Friendly service but not knowledgeable. I had to tell them about the American airlines flight as they didn't offer it and I was charged $150. Will just book online next time.
Amazing helpful staff. I knew I was in good hands when I asked Karlee to organise my flights to Bali. Everything was seamlessly sorted from beginning to end. Karlee was super helpful and followed up my enquires with a very quick turn around on email, voice message or phone if I was available. Fantastic service from Bernie at Flight Centre in Whangarei. I had a gift voucher from 2020 that had expired as I couldn't use it due to Covid. Bernie managed to reactivate it again so I could use it for upcoming trips to Auckland. She was very helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal as were all the staff who always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend Bernie and the crew in Whangarei for all your holiday needs.
Worst customer service ever when booking online. Impossible to get support after flight cancellation by airline. Very difficult to book a different flight and then equally as difficult to book seats. Many issues dealing with customer support on the phone. It seems they didn't even know how to help/support. The operators are totally clueless.
