I have been with Lumino for approx 5 years now and I can say I absolutely love my dentist visits! The front desk staff are wonderful! Sarah is my fav she's just awesome! We've built a great relationship over the years and I look forward to our catch ups. Teresa is gentle, explains things and works wonders every time. Lumino Whangārei has free parking, little to no wait time, friendly staff, fair prices and a great dental plan, and a clean and relaxing environment. What more can you ask for. I can't thank these ladies enough, for keeping my teeth healthy. I look forward to my next appointment.
Absolutely amazing experience! I needed emergency work done and the team was amazing! From the receptionist to the dentist to their assistant. Everyone was lovely to deal with and made going to the dentist a breeze. If you are worried about going to a dentist after years of missing check ups, this team is the one for you! They take so much care and make sure you feel comfortable the whole way through! I couldn't think of a better place to get dental work done. 10/10 service!
The team are amazing - both my children have had braces / Invisalign with Teresa which has been great with excellent results! I also go there and the whole team are great, Sarah at reception is so welcoming - I can almost say I actually look forward to going to the dentist just to see her!
I've been to my first appointment with Lumino Whangarei today. They were welcoming and friendly, which is always a plus because many of us have memories of bad dental experiences, especially those from school days! The whole demeanor was relaxed but professional and Teresa was great, explaining everything in just the right amount of detail and remembering to check that I was comfortable during the procedure. Top marks!
This team are super friendly and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The work is fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone. Stay being awesome. 11/10
