Highly recommend the team at Lumino Whangarei. I don't always enjoy going to the dentist but Teresa always puts me at ease. She is amazing offering a kind and caring experience. Lumino also offer great customer service makes things nice & easy.

Highly recommend.
Free parking always available right next to the building and they are open late Thursdays which is perfect for me since I work weekdays.
I have been going to Lumino on Bank Street for the last 7 years and have been very happy with all the work I have had done there. Very friendly team and they have a great plan which incourages me to get my 2 cleanings a year.

After a longtime of denying my teeth the care that was needed. I found Bank Street Luminos to be very personable. The itemised schedule of work allowed me to plan the work according to my budget, with awesome payment options available. Attention to detail and to my comfort.....pain is not my thing 😃. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who asks.

Travelling from Ruawai to Whangarei is worth it, the Receptionists are so welcoming, that it makes me forget, how anxious I get when attending a Dentist appointment.
Teresa makes me feel safe and at ease, so if you need dental care, I would 100% recommend this clinic

I find the staff at Lumino to be efficient and friendly. Calls are returned promptly and I feel as though the staff goes out of their way to make your experience as pleasant as going to the dentist can be!
