I have taken my son to Teresa for orthodontic work, she was amazing with him and myself with helping us understand his issues and what we were seeing and how things needed to change and how we would get there. It was really informative and we had all our questions answered. Highly recommend!!
The reception staff are lovely and welcoming also.

Lumino Whangarei has been absolutely wonderful for my teenage children’s Invisalign treatment. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and know how to put young patient’s minds at ease - which in turn puts parent’s minds at ease! Dr Teresa related well to patients of all ages. She fully explained the children’s treatment plans and gave me every confidence in the approach for their care. I highly recommend Lumino Whangarei. 😊

I've been going to Lumino Whangarei for a few years now and it has been a great experience. Sarah and Alice are so friendly and helpful and Stefan is a very knowledgeable dentist with good communication. The booking process is easy and there isn't a long wait for an appointment time like some other practices. They have a dental hygienist there now too which is great, and free parking next to the building. Thanks team!

From the friendly welcome to the professional service. Our experience from wires, braces and general checkups has been amazing. I am 13yrs old and have been coming for a few years. Mum and I can ask questions easily and I feel relaxed and enjoy my visits. Thanks for welcoming me and explaining what is happening and the options. George

I am afraid of the dentist due to childhood trauma and was not keen to go to the dentist ever again but my husband went to Teresa and encouraged me to go because he said she was the best dentist experience he'd ever had, so I finally went. I had to have extensive work done, Teresa has been amazing throughout the whole process. Kind and supportive, careful to make sure I was ok with everything she was doing. Even though I will never enjoy going to the dentist, Teresa has helped me overcome some of my fear. Also Sarah has been so kind throughout the whole process, with kindness, empathy and encouragement (she even offered to hold my hand if I needed it). The team will probably never know how much they have helped me with my anxiety but their kindness is so very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Bank Street Lumino dentists.
