They were very nice and approacheable. They were able to squeeze us to check our car since we were driving up north. There was a loud popping sound after we drove in a very rocky road service. We were from Auckland and we were worried that we wont make it up North but Autocare service were able to helped up even when they were very busy. Our mechanic was Mike and was very helpfup and well experienced. Life saver for this Autocare service centre. ❤️

The staff at autocare are always professional and always eager to help out, they go above and beyond and are always happy to help last minute when your car breaks down . They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They give you advice when you need it and give you a rough estimate on price so you can budget. Ive taken all my cars here for over 5 years if not longer and couldnt recommend them enough. Steve and his staff are the best and always make sure your car is done to the highest standard.!!! Wouldn't go any where else.!! Thanks team

Fantastic service, helped me out of a tight situation.
An issue arose with my car at 3pm that would've stopped me driving home to Auckland that evening. They found the issue, sourced the parts, and repaired my car before 5pm so I was able to get home.
Very friendly and professional customer service too. Thanks again! :D
