Thank you so much to Advanced Automatics here in Whangarei, came in with Transmission fluid leaking & they were able to fit me in last minute to have it fixed & back on the road. A special mention to Micheal as he was front of the house dealing with all the customers, very welcoming, always made sure everything was okay, and answered all my questions I had weather they were silly or not. He really went out of his way to try help me as I was having issues with my Bluetooth, but that wasn't because of them haha. It was a ME problem. Such a kind & friendly team, I appreciate all that you guys have done, thank you so much. Highly HIGHLY recommend Advanced Automatics :D
Highly recommend Advanced Automatics Northland. They identified the fault quickly in one of our trucks and replaced the necessary parts. This would have gotten me on the road but they conducted further investigations and found the root cause of the fault. (clearly doing some research) While working on my truck they also identified a couple of minor things that were not broken but would cause a roadside breakdown in the future (these are always in the most inconvenient areas and times) Their turn around speed was quick and we felt like valued customers Throughout the repair we received updates Again thank you team Marco and Deniece Unique Haulage Limited
We were recommended Advanced Automatics by the breakdown recovery agent who helped us with our VW which had a serious transmission issue. They had great communication, quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us with multiple options and recommendations. They went above and beyond and we always felt they had our best interests at heart. Cant recommend these guys enough.
