Brought my vehicle here for the first time for a normal routine service and the team were fantastic. Really attentive, picked up on things that my previous service centre hadn't. In saying that, they're honest. They give you a heads up on anything that might give you a headache further down the track and explain it in a really easy to understand way. No pressure, I learned a few things! Needless to say, I know where I'll going from here on in. An all round great service and great team. Love the banter! Thanks heaps!
Fantastic service from Monique and Rob at AA Auto Centre Whangarei! They took great care of my BMW, kept me informed throughout, and delivered excellent workmanship. Honest, professional, and friendly—highly recommend. Thanks again!
I found the workshop in good condition and clean. The staff appeared happy and good with the customers. The senior staff have a good mechanical knowledge. Rob & Monique are always happy to help. I am very happy to recommend them and the business . Dave B
Vooodu spat the dummy heading to Auckland from the Bay of Islands. Thankfully I was an AA member and was transported to Whangarei AA Auto Centre, greeted by Rob lovely Canadian man, knew what possible issue was with my Shelby GT350, immediately set work at repairing the oil hose. Had me back on the road within a couple of hours. Thanks Rob for a job well done.
I had a great experience at the AA. Monique was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They carried out a thorough 10-point check, giving me real confidence in the quality of their work. Pricing was FREE with the AAplus membership, and I appreciated their honest advice without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I’d happily return and recommend this shop to others looking for reliable service.
