Vooodu spat the dummy heading to Auckland from the Bay of Islands. Thankfully I was an AA member and was transported to Whangarei AA Auto Centre, greeted by Rob lovely Canadian man, knew what possible issue was with my Shelby GT350, immediately set work at repairing the oil hose. Had me back on the road within a couple of hours.

This shop is amazing! We are from out of the country and had flat tires (yes, plural, tireS), and they were amazing to find the right tires and rims on short notice, and help us get on our way. Totally recommend this place. They are so professional, knowledgable, and kind!

There was a delay due to a few emergencies & the staff couldn't stop apologizing.
Sitting waiting was an eye opener!
The receptionists had to put up with downright rude & abusive customers but kept their cool.
Apart from the wait, everything was fine.
Thank goodness for the AA!

After a roadside service in Otaika, we were directed to the wonderful team at AA Auto centre Whangฤrei, and we are so thankful we were. We took our van in, right on closing and they took a quick look and realized quickly the problem was worse than first thought. The team acted quickly in helping us find suitable accomodation for the night, while they worked on our car. Considering the time of year, and the fact that we showed up at quite literally the last minute, they managed to pull a small miracle and get our van back on the road overnight. We are so insanely grateful for the hard work they put in, and for the fact that they went the extra mile to help us out. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
